Our core design philosophy is to create products that make the travel experience better, enabling smoother transit and better organization. Our product range includes hard luggage, backpacks, and accessories, with signature collections like *Stark, Rover,* and *Odyssey*.
Core Responsibilities: (Must-Have)
Own Assembly’s brand identity across all touchpoints (social, website, campaigns, offline)
Translate brand strategy into clear, consistent execution across content, visuals, and messaging
Lead campaign planning end-to-end – from concept and briefs to execution and review
Work closely with design, content, performance marketing, and external partners to ensure brand consistency
Track brand performance metrics and share insights for improvement
Build and maintain brand guidelines and ensure team adherence
Own Assembly’s social media presence with social media manager end-to-end, ensuring consistency in tone, visual language, and storytelling across platforms
Plan and review social content calendars to ensure campaigns, launches, and brand narratives are reflected clearly and on time
Good-to-Have Responsibilities:
Experience working with product-led or D2C brands
Ability to brief and manage shoots, creators, stylists, and photographers
Understanding of retail, travel, or lifestyle brand ecosystems
Experience planning offline activations, pop-ups, or on-ground brand experiences
